Mother’s Day this year was celebrated at Soar Valley College on Sunday 19th March 2023. The programme began at 08:50 with meditation, followed by bhajans sung by Bal Vikas children, gurus and parents, thereafter we had artti and announcements. Thought for the week was presented by Diya.
This was followed by a short presentation by the the Bal Vikas children, and then the children offered flowers to all the mothers.
Everyone then moved to the dining room where three activities were organised and everyone had a fun time taking part in the activities.
After the activities, hot and cold refreshments were served with biscuits and papdi gathias.
