Volunteers from the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation, Leicester Branch participate in regular dental service to the homeless guests at The Bridge – Homelessness to Hope charity in Leicester.
An event was organised on 31st January 2026 in collaboration with Doncaster Dental Practice to offer free dental care to the guests of The Bridge. The Sai Centre volunteers provided transport for taking the guests from The Bridge to the Doncaster Dental Practice for their treatment.
12 guests were treated by the dentists for various interventions such as oral hygiene education, cleaning, x-rays, prescriptions, tooth extraction and filling. All received toothbrushes and toothpaste following the intervention. Some were referred to hospital for additional intervention.
