The Bridge – Meditation 2020

Homeless guests are served every Sunday with a hot meal and a take-away pack by the volunteers of the Centre working with Leicester Sai Centres.  One of the many services provided is a meditation session run by Jenni once a month.  The session is conducted before food is served, with a simple altar and chairs.  The meditation session is good for anxiety, depression, stress, addiction and much more. 

The meditation is followed by a period of reflection using art/poetry to draw ideas from their meditation journey.  The feedback from guests has been positive with some saying it has helped them to feel more relaxed.
